To assist in planning, a program/project operations matrix has been uploaded on Faura Online. The document only assists in identifying critical areas of planning and executing a project. It does not change the brainstorming and/or decision-making processes associated with planning academic activities, such as conferences, fora, or symposia. It only identifies event management aspects of such activities.
The document is at the Reference Files section of Faura Online and is a Microsoft Word document. It can easily be opened by OpenOffice.Org.
