Memo: Submission of Performance Targets and Evaluation Ratings

All non-teaching staff are hereby reminded to submit the following requirements to the Office of the Associate Dean for Planning and Development as per deadlines:

1. Performance Targets for January to June 2010 – On or before January 12, 2010.
2. Performance Evaluation Ratings for July to December 2009 – On or before January 27, 2010.

Heads and supervisors are enjoined to assist their respective employees in the Accomplishment and prompt submission of these requirements.
