Abstract
Deciding on what methods of instruction to use in class is of paramount importance in teaching. This basic principle reflects the teacher’s appreciation of how learning takes place in their students, and how they as deliverers of subject matter adjust to this process.
This session presents the setting where today’s teachers and learners interact with each other , the main factors that teachers should consider in deciding their methods of instruction, and explore the latest trends and methodologies that could be used given a particular set of learners and instructional settings. Strategies in small, large, individualized, community and clinical settings will be discussed and their appropriate usage will be navigated with the participants.
