Venue: UP Film Center, Diliman, Quezon City

1. Deadline for submitting Return Slip: March 25, 2011
2. Get your invitation on April 11, 2011
3. Attire:

• Ladies - Dress Filipiniana or Off White (No Spaghetti Strap) with Sablay
• Men - Barong Tagalog or Long Sleeves Polo with Collar White / Off White with Sablay

Assembly time is 7:00 AM at the UP Film Center Lobby.

Those who wish to have congratulatory advertisement for the Graduation Souvenir Program, please get a letter from OCS & submit forms not later than April 1, 2011.
