The College of Arts and Sciences is partnering with the Center for Leadership, Citizenship and Democracy (CLCD) of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP NCPAG) in organizing the UP Assessments on the Presidency and Administration of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (2001-2010). This assessment series consists of "Commissioned papers" by UP Professors. The lectures will bring together constituents of the University of the Philippines, academics from other colleges and universities, and representatives from the government, media, civil society and private sector.
The College is co-sponsoring particularly the Public Lecture on Foreign Relations by Prof. Roland Simbulan on 06 October 2011, Thursday, from 9 AM to 12 NN, to be held at the Little Theater.
This public lecture is free, but participants need to register.
