For Full-Time CAS Faculty: Avail the All UP Acad Union's Personal Accident Insurance for free

To all Full time CAS Faculty,

This is to encourage everyone to fill up the application form for All UP Acad Union so as to avail the personal accident insurance provided by the Union for free.

There is a handout regarding the said insurance. It is important also to fill in the information on  beneficiary which is below the membership form. Kindly approach your department’s clerk as I handed to them the application form and flyers for the insurance.

This coming February 17, 2012 at 9 am in Alvior Hall, we will celebrate our UNION DAY. The President of the National Executive Board will explain the present status of the Union as well as some aspects of the Collective Negotiating Agreement.

I am encouraging everyone to attend as we will have some give aways like union t-shirt (first 50  attendees)  and the Insurance Card. For those with classes and cannot attend, I’ll try to secure your card and hand it personally to you, but make sure that you have filled up and returned the forms. Deadline will be February 16, 2012 .
