Attached is a memo from the Office of the Chancellor, originally from the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Finance, which is self-explanatory. Please submit the required data to the Office of the Dean (hard and soft copy) on or before February 11, Friday.

As our last faculty conference has determined, we need to set up a database of our capability and accomplishments in research and extension. I expect your compliance on this data survey, following our findings in that faculty conference which have been approved in our July 2010 faculty council.
